Career Summary

Ann’s early years were spent in Minnesota with her parents and three brothers. She graduated from

Bethel College in St. Paul, earning her B.S. degree in Social Work.

With over 18 years in the medical field, Ann’s strong suit has always been her people skills. She has

worked with children and adults up through the senior years, along with people in special education and

a variety of ethnic backgrounds. She’s disciplined in work ethics dealing with the public. Associates will

tell you that Ann is a team player, critical thinker and very good at multi-tasking.

Moving to California in the 1980’s, Ann co-managed a lodge in Napa Valley. She enjoyed the West Coast

lifestyle for 11 years while raising four children. She moved to Nashville in 1996 and has run her own

business as well as worked for United Parcel Service and Mountain States Contractors, LLC until joining

Anderson Commercial Brokerage in 2022.

While working for UPS, Ann was a mentor/trainer and an active member of their Safety Committee.

She has been very involved in community work, from leading Bible Study groups to working with the Old

Hickory Area Chamber of Commerce and dozens of fund-raising events. As Managing Editor of the

monthly “Life Between the Lakes” magazine, Ann stays on top of community news and events, well

attuned to the progressive development of business and residential growth.

At Anderson Commercial Brokerage, Ann helps keep the office humming along, providing administrative

support to our brokers and staff. She also manages and maintains the company’s historical files.

She is proud to say she has raised two daughters and two sons, and has been blessed with four

grandchildren.
